Attorney Büşra Nişancı is a partner at Yilmaz Attorneys, specialising in family law, immigration, and conveyancing. Registered with the Antalya Bar Association under registration no. 8235, she also maintains her own independent practice at nisanci.av.tr, taking on cases both in collaboration with Yilmaz Attorneys and as a solo practitioner.
Attorney Nişancı graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with dual degrees in Political Science (100% English, full scholarship) and Law (2021). Her academic background in both political science and law gives her a well-rounded perspective on the regulatory and institutional landscape that shapes her clients’ cases.
Since being admitted to the Antalya Bar, she has handled a wide range of matters including contract disputes, compensation claims, enforcement proceedings, inheritance cases, and real estate transactions — consistently achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
Attorney Nişancı’s practice also encompasses foreigners’ law, where she provides comprehensive guidance on citizenship applications, residence permit processes, and related administrative proceedings. She has experience preparing criminal complaints and advising on citizenship-related matters for international clients.
Prior to her current roles, she worked at several law offices in Istanbul and Antalya, gaining experience in commercial law, employment law, intellectual property, data protection (KVKK), and insurance law. This broad foundation allows her to support clients across multiple practice areas with confidence and precision.
