Apostille Services

The Hague Apostille Convention simplifies document authentication between member countries. Türkiye is a party to the Convention, meaning Turkish documents can be apostilled for use in other member states, and foreign apostilled documents are accepted in Türkiye. We handle:

• Obtaining apostilles for Turkish documents (court decisions, notarial acts, civil registry records)

• Verifying and processing foreign apostilled documents for use in Turkish proceedings

Consular Legalization

For countries that are not party to the Hague Apostille Convention, documents must be legalized through the relevant Turkish Embassy or Consulate. Power of Attorney Preparation

Foreign clients who cannot be physically present in Türkiye often need to grant power of attorney to their legal representative. We handle:

• Obtain civil registry records (birth, marriage, death certificates) from Nüfus Müdürlüğü

• Request land registry (tapu) records and zoning documents

• Collect court records and judicial documents

• Obtain tax and social security clearance certificates

• Coordinate sworn translations (yeminli tercüme) of all documents

Sworn Translation Coordination

Documents used in Turkish legal proceedings must be translated by a sworn translator (yeminli tercüman) and notarized. We coordinate the translation process for all document types, ensuring accuracy and legal validity.
